Since 2021, our team has been engaged in the complete management of catering services to the U.S. Consulate in Erbil, where ES-KO’s team, comprising chefs and dieticians, worked every day to meet and exceed the highest standards.
Working in Erbil presented a unique set of challenges. The complex geopolitical landscape, coupled with the logistical hurdles of operating in a high-security environment, tested their resolve and ingenuity. Despite these challenges, the team displayed remarkable adaptability and resilience.
