Under our Corporate Social Responsibility program, ES-KO extended a helping hand to the Tokiman Community Primary School in Juba.
On June 19, 2024, the ES-KO team in South Sudan hosted an academic sponsorship event that was nothing short of inspiring. The event was attended by 432 students from Tokiman Primary School, members of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), parents, and the area chief.
ES-KO’s sponsorship covers 24 children, offering them a full year of free education. But the support didn’t stop at tuition. Each student received a year’s supply of essential school supplies, including stationery, play equipment, and uniforms for the entire school.
The success of this initiative is rooted in collaboration, ES-KO partnered with Ecoclean, a South Sudanese-owned waste management company. Ecoclean’s involvement was crucial in coordinating the program and ensuring its sustainability. ES-KO’s efforts in South Sudan are a testament to the power of corporate responsibility intertwined with community engagement.
This initiative is not just about immediate aid but is designed to foster long-term, sustainable impacts. By focusing on education, community empowerment, and environmental sustainability, ES-KO is not only transforming lives today but is also building a foundation for a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.
